Happy Sunday! I would like to say thank you to those that read my last post. I received some sweet and uplifting comments, personal messages and texts from friends back home and new friends here. It really helped. Talking to my husband also helped me. I’m always reassured everything is going to be just fine when I open up and talk to him. No wonder why I married him. I’ve learned a little communication can go a long way. Who knew. Haha.

Currently I’m getting ready for a new semester of school that begins tomorrow. I’m taking a full course load that will take a lot of dedication to get through. But I am excited and pretty anxious to get started. I love to have a routine and being off these last couple of weeks has caused me to overthink anything that crosses my mind.

The new gym I joined is right behind campus so I will be going there before or after class. It’s a great gym. I’m thrilled I have found a good gym around me, because they are really hard to find around here.

I’ll be teaching yoga twice a week in my neighborhood, and I have a couple of personal training clients that I meet with a couple times a week early in the morning. I’ve made the time for everything to work together without (hopefully) being burned out. I thrive on a schedule. It’s what works for me. I love my COMMIT 30 planner. I used it last year for the first time. It comes from a small business owner from Colorado. You can order stickers to with it, which is super fun.

What I love most about it are the 30 day challenges for each month. You choose a goal and mark off each day either with stickers or with a pen. I’m still deciding on my reward. It helps keep me accountable. I start out with small simple goals, then make them more challenging as the year goes by.

Question: Do you like to have a routine? Do you like to use a planner to organize your daily life?
